To end-date an asset using the Asset Maintenance form follow the steps below:

1. Select the Asset to edit from the grid. The Asset record will be highlighted in the grid and the attributes panel will be displayed.
2. Click the End Date button as shown below:

   

3. The End-Date dialog is displayed:

   

4. The End date will default to the current date. Select the end date from the calendar or leave the default date as required.
5. Press End-Date to complete the transaction.
